  • Free, timely and efficient shipping
  • No patient level PAP applications or reporting requirements
  • Time and financial savings for your institution and patients

Partner Eligibility Criteria

Institutions must meet the following eligibility criteria to join Americares U.S. Program:

  • Health care or mental/behavioral health care facility – free or charitable clinic, community health center, community mental health center, subtance abuse providers, rural health clinic, safety net/disproportionate share hospital, or social service agency
  • Registered 501(c)3 or other non-profit designation
  • Serve patients who are:
    • Uninsured and whose income is ≤ 300% of the federal poverty level
    • Underinsured and whose income is ≤ 300% of the federal poverty level AND have no prescription drug coverage OR cannot afford prescription co-pay
  • Employ inventory management procedures to maintain supply chain integrity, track the distribution and usage of Americares donated products, and ensure these products are provided only to eligible patients
