Safety Net Providers Help the Uninsured and Underinsured Gain Access to Immunization Programs

Vaccines play an important role in preventing many life-threatening diseases beginning in infancy through to the elderly.  Access to immunization programs is a challenge for uninsured and underinsured patients.  Safety net providers help these vulnerable populations by providing access to immunization programs for all ages.

This section provides links to vaccine-related resources such as publications, tools and practice guidelines and professional and patient education opportunities to help meet immunization needs of safety net patients.
